AEVA596 Viable Air Sampling Sterile TSA Media Plates. Tryptic Soy Agar (TSA) with Lecithin and Polysorbate 80. This test is for bacteria and has to be done in conjunction with AEVA597. At least semiannual testing required for each PEC (Primary Engineering Control, i.e. Hood, Isolator, BSC, Cleanbench, Glovebox, CAI, CACI, etc.). In higher usage facilities, more frequent testing may be prudent. Kit contains 10 TSA coated 90mm petri dishes, test log and test instructions.
